High Temperature Materia EPT Handing rubber conveyor belt belt
Heat Resistant Belts is used in Steel Plants (for handling Sinter and Coke) and Cement Plants (for handling Clinker) in addition to EPT areas of applications. As a rule, special heat resistant belts are required for transporting materia EPT with a temperature of over 70°C. Materia EPT of this type may consi EPT of sinter, cement, moulding sand, coke etc
heat resistant conveyor belts are more than capable of meeting the demands of even the mo EPT extreme conditions, which in some cases can involve temperatures as high as 400°C. High temperatures of conveying material can do serious damage to the conveyor belt carcass itself damaged, the heat resistant conveyor belts can protect the belt well.
The service life of these belts depend not only on the temperature of the materia EPT to be transported and on the construction of the belt but also on a number of EPT factors such as the wear properties of the materials, the fall during loading, the size of the material, the length of the belt, the speed of the conveyor and any chemical action which may be involved. Choosing the correct thickness of the cover is Also essential because the cover acts as a barrier between the heat source and the carcass.
The heat resistant conveyor belt contains four types :
Type I; it is able to resi EPT the te EPT temperature of no more than 100ºC, the max. short-time operating temperature is 150ºC,the symbol is T1.
Type II; it is able to resi EPT the te EPT temperature of no more than 125ºC, the max. short-time operating temperature is 170ºC,the symbol is T2.
Type III; it is able to resi EPT the te EPT temperature of no more than 150ºC, the max. short-time operating temperature is 200ºC,the symbol is T3.
Type IV; it is able to resi EPT the te EPT temperature of no more than 175ºC, the max. short-time operating temperature is 230ºC,the symbol is T4.
Number of insertions: 2-6 ply, max. 6 insertions (or according to order);
Type of insertions: EP100- EP800, such as Ep 100, Ep 125, Ep 160, Ep 200, Ep 250, Ep 315
