Low Cost Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher is a new type of crusher independently developed by CHAENG on the basis of summing up the requirements for sandstone aggregates in cement and concrete for more than 60 years. It can break the materials with medium hard strength and above such as iron ore, river pebbles, granite, etc., and it is the ideal equipment for medium and fine crushing Sand Making Plant.
The single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher made by HangZhou EPT is superior to the ordinary cone crusher on production capacity, particle size, production shape, equipment weight, maintenance and operation.

Working Principles
The motor drives the eccentric sleeve by coupling or triangle belt, tansmission shaft and bevel gear. Under the force from the eccentric sleeve, crushing cone part does rotary swing movement around one fixed point. The mantle installed on the movable cone sometime goes close to and sometimes leave the surface of the concave installed on the adjusting sleeve to make the stone be impacted, squeezed, bended and finally be crushed in the crushing cavity. The crushed mineral ore is discharged from the crushing cavity via outlet with the help of its gravity (Mining Equipment ).
