Two Axis Rotary type screw driving machine
1. Description
The machine is suitable for metal screw coupling connector automatically fixing screw of the special equipment, through a rotary splitter feeding, manual loading product, automatic unloading of Manipulator. Each time the machine fixing two screws, screw quantity can be EPT according to customer requirements, such as four screw, six screw, eight screw, and so on. the machine automatically fix screw and are able to judge screwing quality, bad quality screwing the machine will alarm, convenient to distinguish between bad product. the machine can stop one of the screwdriver according to customer demand. the machine is simple and practical, could be docking with the existing automation line according to the customer’s requirements.
